Photo & video consent for Best Home On Tour · Last updated July 2026

1. What this covers

By checking the media box on any Best Home On Tour registration or sign-up form, you agree to this Media Release. It applies to all photographs, video, audio, and other recordings captured of your listing (and of you, where you appear) during or in connection with a Best Home On Tour event.

2. The permission you're granting

You grant Best Home On Tour and Thunderbird Agency, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display this content to:

• promote your listing across web, social, email, and print;
• elevate online attention and visibility for the listing;
• support and showcase your personal and brokerage brand;
• feature the tour on the Best Home On Tour website, channels, and marketing.

3. Ownership & credit

You keep all ownership of your listing and property. This is a license to use the media, not a transfer of ownership. Where practical and appropriate, the listing agent will be credited, but credit is not guaranteed in every placement.

4. People in the media

If you appear in the content, you also consent to the use of your name, likeness, and voice for the purposes above, and waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials. You will not be paid for these uses.

5. Duration & takedown

This license continues after the tour so materials already published can remain in place. If you'd like content featuring you or your listing removed from Best Home On Tour's own channels, email support@besthomeontour.com and we'll take reasonable steps to honor the request going forward.
