This Privacy Policy explains what information Best Home On Tour ("BHOT," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, sign-up forms, and the day-of tour app.
1. Information we collect
- You give us: name, brokerage, phone, email, listing address, and details you enter on our forms.
- From the tour: check-ins, votes, feedback, and photos/video captured at events (see our Media Release).
- Automatically: basic device and usage data, and a timestamped record of the consents you submit.
2. How we use it
To run tours and the app, confirm your listing, send you tour updates and marketing (including text messages you opt into), promote listings and the tour, and improve our services.
3. Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive texts from BHOT, its affiliates, and partners. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email or affect your listing.
4. Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us operate (e.g. messaging, hosting, CRM), with tour partners where relevant to the event, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Your choices
You can opt out of texts (reply STOP) and marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link) at any time. To access, correct, or delete your information, email support@besthomeontour.com.
6. Data retention & security
We keep information as long as needed to run our services and meet legal obligations, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
