These Terms of Service govern your use of the Best Home On Tour website, sign-up forms, tour events, and app. By registering a listing, joining a tour, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can participate
The tour and app are intended for licensed real estate professionals and their invited participants. You're responsible for the accuracy of the listing and contact information you submit.
2. Registering a listing
Submitting a listing is a request, not a guarantee of a tour spot. We confirm spots based on route, capacity, and schedule. You confirm you have the authority to list the property and to grant the permissions in our Media Release.
3. Tour conduct & property access
You're responsible for safe, lawful access to any property you put on tour, including gate/lockbox codes you provide. BHOT is not liable for loss or damage arising from property access you arrange. Participants agree to conduct themselves professionally at all events.
4. Feedback, votes & awards
Votes, feedback, and awards (including the Sign Rider and Spotlight features) are provided for engagement and marketing. They reflect participant opinion, are not an appraisal or endorsement of value, and BHOT may administer, adjust, or discontinue them at its discretion.
5. Messaging
If you opt in, you consent to receive texts and emails as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP.
6. Intellectual property
The Best Home On Tour name, logo, and materials are owned by Thunderbird Agency, LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Content you submit remains yours, subject to the licenses you grant us.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The tour, app, and site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, BHOT and Thunderbird Agency, LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation or use.
